Winter Training Location: Silver Sluggers Academy, Middleton, WI

2024 Team Program Includes 

• Fall Training Camp - September/October (6-8 weeks)
  • 1 Team Practice / 2 Skills Clinics per week 
• Winter Training Program- Jan-March
  • 1 Team Practice / 2 Skills Clinics per week
  • Off-Season Strength training program developed and administered by UW Health Sports Performance (Jan-March) 
• Tournament Season Program
  • 1 Team Practice / 2 Skills Clinics per week
  • Tournaments on Weekends
• Skills Clinics
  • Weekday Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Catching Skills Clinics (free for Silver Sluggers players (Sept-Oct and Jan-July)
• “Electronic” Instruction
  • Training Checklists and videos from Silver Sluggers Staff to keep players learning at home throughout the season.
• Full Uniform for each player
• Full Summer Tournament Schedule (6-9 tournaments per age group)
• Weekly Practices throughout the season 

Silver Sluggers Staff

• Baseball Staff includes former major leaguers, former college and professional coaches and players, college all-american players
• Proprietary Skills Training Program Developed by Brad Woodall- Former Major Leaguer and 35-Years of coaching experience
• Nationally Accredited Training Staff- UW Health Sports Performance Trainers will train our players all winter at each practice to develop athletes strength, agility, and flexibility.
