Fall Wood Bat League- Grades 8-12
Thank you all for a great 2023 Fall League Season!!
The Fall Wood Bat League provides players the opportunity to extend the season, develop skills, increase game experience, and to compete at a high level with a wood bat. Our Fall Wood Bat League is 6 weeks. Each team will play double headers each Sunday.
2023 Season Details (for reference):
- Sundays, August 27-October 1, 2023
- Possible Saturday Games on occasion (dependent on the Home Talent League Season).
- Possible Saturday Games on occasion (dependent on the Home Talent League Season).
- Double Header each Sunday (10am/12pm, 2pm/4pm)
- 2 Divisions: 8/9th Grade (JV) and 10-12th Grade (Separated into JV/Varsity divisions)

- Price: $190 per player or $1,750 per team

Our league encourages full teams to enter the league. If you have a small group of players without a full team, register as individual free agents and request that players be placed on the same team. Individual players may also register and will be placed on a “free agent” team with other individual registrants.

Fall Instructional League- Grades 3-7
THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT 2023 FALL LEAGUE SEASON!!
The Silver Sluggers Academy Fall Instructional League is for players grades 3-7. Instructional League includes 5 weeks of clinics/practices led by professional coaches, then a controlled scrimmage to allow players to incorporate the new skills into their game performance.
Typical Sunday Clinic/Game Day includes:
- Baseball Skills- Fielding Repetition Based Warm Up
- Mechanics, Skills & Drills Clinic (Tentative Schedule)
- Week 1: Hitting & Baserunning Fundamentals
- Week 2: Pitching- Throwing Mechanics
- Week 3: Fielding- Fine Tune Fielding Fundamentals
- Week 4: Run downs and Defensive Situations
- Week 5: All Star Skills Competition
Fundamentals of the Day
Game Time Tutorial: Areas of Focus for all players to learn baseball through experiential learning, during the game
Examples: Taking the proper lead, Team communication, Situational Hitting, etc.
